We operate a no quibble returns policy and if you return your products within 14 days of receipt, we'll give you back the amount you paid for the item no questions asked.

Just send the item back to us and we will provide a full refund.

If you are sending your order back to us, please contact us here and we will advise further information via email on how to return.

 

How long does it take to process my returns?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 14 days when we're very busy.

Once your parcel has been received it will only take 14 days to process the returns and for you to receive your refund.

 

Where should I send my returns?

You have up-to 14 days to return your cocobabybox. When returning your cocobabybox, please contact us here. Fill out the form and make sure to include your order reference number. Following this, we will be in touch with a reference number and further instructions on how to return your cocobabybox to the below address.

Do I have to pay for postage when I return an item?

Unless you have an offer providing free returns (we do these promotions every now and then) then you will have to pay for return postage yourself.

 International Delivery Options

The world is our oyster. Or so we like to think. For all postage outside of the UK, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. Cocobabybox.com has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for more information on the current charges.
